兩年的尋覓
三組團隊跨國界的奮鬥
換了四個漫畫家
五位數的成本
漫畫選擇全彩色，希望能更吸引讀者，從選故事、改編、漫畫家畫草圖、校對、線稿、校對、上色完稿、再校對，這新加坡台灣一來一往是個很耗時間的過程，但也是必須的。
現在剛完成20%的工作。
這漫畫書也會有英文翻譯，讓非華人、孩童和青少年也能閱讀。
弟子本來不敢跟吾說，這破天荒的成本有多高，因爲怕會花吾很多錢。她還問是否要開設預購，這樣不必用吾那麼多錢。
吾拒絕她的好意。
取之社會，用之社會。吾賺來的錢，本來就是要去利益眾生，而不是用來自己享受。吾出書，也非爲了謀利。虧不虧錢，根本不是問題，能夠讓佛法傳得更遠更廣，才是關鍵。
吾的書，絕對能淨化人心、增長智慧，放在床邊，也能避邪，哈！

One comic book.
Two years of searching.
Three teams of people striving across international borders,
Changed four comic artists
Five-figure production costs
I chose to have the comic in full colour, in hope of attracting more readers. From story selection, adaptation, draft sketches, proof reading, line drawing, proof reading, colouring and further proof-reading, the communication between the Singapore team and the Taiwan team is a time-guzzling process, but an absolutely necessary one.
The project is now 20% completed.
This comic shall also come with English subtitles, so that non-Chinese people, young children and teens can also read it.
Initially, my disciple did not dare to tell me the sky-high cost needed to produce this work, as she was worried about using too much of my money. She even asked if I wished to start a pre-order first, so that I do not have to cough up so much money.
I declined her good intention.
I stand by giving back to society when one has benefited from it. My money is meant to help and benefit sentient beings, and never for my own enjoyment. It is also not my intention to profit from this venture of publishing a comic book. It does not matter even if I lost money in the process. What is important to me is that the Dharma can spread wider and further through this comic.
My comic book can definitely cleanse your heart, and grow your wisdom. Putting it by your bedside can even ward off evil! Ha!
I am thankful to the comic artist for depicting me in such a cute manner. I am appreciative to White Elephant Publishing for their help in many areas.
